Includes preventive care, routine check-ups, treatment for common illnesses and injuries, management of chronic conditions, and coordination of care with specialists when needed.

Same and/or next-day appointments for acute illness and injury.

Includes traditional primary care, urgent care, and functional medicine integrated into all aspects of care. Requires concierge coverage.

Paying for Care
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna PPO plans for covered services.
For patients without insurance, or not using insurance, direct primary care (DPC) plans and self-pay options are available.
Many functional medicine, integrative assessments, and certain treatments may not be considered “medically necessary” and fall under non-covered services. Concierge coverage covers the cost of non-covered services.
